1. How do I place an order?

To place an order with us:

  1. Browse our products and select the items you wish to purchase.
  2. Click "Add to Cart" and proceed to checkout.
  3. Enter your shipping details and payment information.
  4. Review your order and complete your purchase.

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and a tracking number once it ships.


2. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been confirmed. However, if you need to make any changes, please contact us as soon as possible at service@storagevip.store, and we will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days. After your order has been processed, the shipping time will depend on the shipping method chosen:

  • Standard UK Shipping: 3-5 business days
  • Express UK Shipping: 1-2 business days

Delivery times may vary due to factors such as weather conditions or courier delays.


6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can track your order online to check its delivery status. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days, please contact us at service@storagevip.store.


7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at service@storagevip.store with the following details:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.


8. What is your return and refund policy?

9. Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping within the UK
